Claude Weiss

Claude Weiss is a world renowned Swiss mundane astrologer, living and working in Europe. He travels world-wide lecturing at all major International conferences including UAC and ISAR, and is widely respected and recognised as an expert in his field by all his peers. He is also president of Astrodata Ltd. , an astrological company founded in 1978 offering charts, calculations and interpretations, plus an astrological magazine Astrologie Heute. The company also operates a publishing house for astrology books in German.

Claude is also Co-Founder and President of a renowned astrology school, operating since 1983, which offers basic two-years tuition, followed by two-years professional astrological education with regular exams, Certification and an Internationally recognised Diploma.

Between 1981 – 2004, Claude was President of the Swiss Astrological Association . He has co-organized eight Astrology World Congresses in Switzerland with international speakers, including simultaneous translations into English and German with an average attendance of 700 – 1000 people.

Claude showed a very early interest in psychology, metaphysics, yoga, Hinduism and Buddhism. Eager to travel, he chose to study agronomy in order to be able to work in developing Asian countries. After acquiring an engineering diploma in agronomy at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, he took an appointment in India, where his interest in astrology reached a life-changing epitome in 1967. 10 years later he would make astrology to his profession, founding Astrodata Ltd.

Claude’s earliest astrological interests revolved around life script, freedom and fate. Later a fascination developed around countries and nations. For the past 25 years, Claude’s special interest has been mundane astrology, and for the last 10 years this has included financial astrology. He is closely affiliated with Raymond Merriman, managing MMA Europe and successfully marketing Raymond Merriman’s yearly Forecast books and MMA Cycles Reports in German language.

In the Fall of 1987, through Astrologie Heute, Claude clearly and successfully warned readers about the possibility of a serious setback to stocks, which resulted in the so called “mini-crash”. This forecast was based on the transits of Saturn over the US chart. Even more important was Claude’s identification of a boom and bust cycle in connection with the Saturn/Pluto cycle as early as March 2001. This early description of a serious downturn to be expected from beginning of 2001 onwards helped European readers of Claude’s magazine Astrologie Heute to get out of the stockmarket in time.

His expertise around market patterns notwithstanding, Claude's primary focus is as a mundane astrologer. His unerring dedication is working and researching towards understanding and explaining how people, companies, organizations and nations act in accordance with cosmic cycles which can be described by astrological constellations and patterns.
