Deborah Houlding has been leading students towards a practitioner’s level qualification in horary, via a residential workshop format, at many international venues for the past 15 years. Residential intensives allow for greater emphasis on horary practicalities and modern client-issues, and can demonstrate how to swiftly identify the symbolic focus of the chart, and then cut to the heart of the problem in chart work.
Experience has shown that learning horary through the exploration of modern scenarios, under the direct attendance of a skilful practitioner, within a small group of like-minded colleagues, is the most effective way for a student to understand horary’s full potential and gain enough confidence to work independently as a horary consultant.
Previously Deborah has held these highly successful workshops in Australia, England, France, Hawaii, Ireland, Norway, New Zealand, Scotland and Tasmania, and we are deeply privileged that she is has chosen to offer one on Bali for Heaven and Earth Workshops. She always seeks locations that are soulful and energizing, because there is a lot of emotional and mental stimulus during this intensive course, and the beautiful tropical island of Bali has all of these qualities to offer.
The beauty of these residential workshops is that the unfamiliar but nourishing environments force students to leave cluttered, everyday thoughts behind. This helps to stimulate a sharper mental focus and a more reflective absorption of horary principles. The result is a more complete engagement, so that a greater percentage of relevant information is learned and mastered during the course.
To keep the group focused, places are limited to a maximum of 18 students. If you are interested, please book early to avoid disappointment.
Due to our limited numbers, there will no work scholarships offered for this particular workshop.
The workshop will be held at Melati Cottages, Penestanan, Ubud, Bali.
