WORKSHOP PACKAGES AND PRICES FOR ALL ASTROLOGY WORKSHOPS

PRICES ARE THE SAME FOR THE TAROT WORKSHOP, BUT INCLUDE NO YOUNG ASTROLOGER PACKAGES

Full Accommodation Double Room Package
$1,500 per person ~ includes full tuition, hotel (double occupancy) for 10 nights, 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch) and transportation to and from Denpasar airport (a 1-hr commute). Single rooms may be arranged at a higher rate, dependent on availability. Airfares not included.

Full Accommodation Single Room Package
$1,700 per person ~ there are a limited number of single rooms available with the full accommodation package. These can only be guaranteed with payment in full.

Tuition-Only Package
$1,200 per person ~ includes tuition only ~ for independent off-site participants. Airfares not included.

Young Astrologer Full Accommodation Package*
$1,100~ the price of the Full Accommodation Package for "young astrologer" participants between 18-27 years of age.
Double occupancy only.

Young Astrologer Tuition-Only Package *
$800~ the price of the Tuition-Only Package for "young astrologer" participants between 18-27 years of age.

Register and pay in full at that time for "Yesterday" by Sept 1st, 2008, and for "Astrological Traditions" by January 1st, 2009 and receive a $200 USD discount on most packages.

Register and make a deposit by February 1st, 2009 and receive a $100 USD discount on most packages.

The already discounted "Young Astrologer"and "Group Rates" do not qualify for Early Bird special discounts.

$1,800 per person ~ includes hotel (double occupancy) for 8 nights, 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch buffet) and transportation to and from Denpasar airport (a 1-hr commute). Transportation to the New Moon Temple ceremony is also included.

$2,400 per person ~ The same package, but single occupancy. there are a limited number of single rooms available with the full accommodation package. These can only be guaranteed with payment in full

Borobudur Tour

This is an optional addendum to many of the workshops, please check the "Workshop Pages" to see which ones.

$375 per person~ includes flight, double occupancy at the hotel, all transportation, 2 breakfasts, entrance to the temples and guides fees.

$450 per person~ single occupancy option.

Group Rates for Astrology Workshops Only:

We are offering a 20% discount for groups of 12 or more who are registered for the "Tuition Only" package. To qualify for the discount, groups must consist of no less than 12 participants, and all participants must register together and pay in full at the time of registration. This can be through one single direct deposit into a US bank account, in which case the group will be responsible for all bank/conversion charges, which runs at about $50 per transaction, or alternatively by check(s). If checks are paid in denominations other than US$s there will be a $15 conversion fee on each check, which could simply be added by each individual, or it will be the same one time fee if only one check is sent for the whole group.

Group discounts will not be available for the "Full Accommodation" package at Melati Cottages. Recipients of the "Young Astrologer" rates will not be eligible for further discounts.

There are several alternative accommodation options close to Melati Cottages for those eligible for group discounts. These range from houses with full-time help at very reasonable rates, to several hotel options, from luxurious to simple yet charming.

Our travel agent can also arrange a "15th ticket free" plan for groups traveling on the same flights. We have tailored our prices for this project to succeed, so beyond our scholarships, special rates for "young astrologers" and the 20% "tuition only" discount for groups of over 12, we are unable to offer any other price reductions.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy on all Heaven and Earth Workshops

Minimum fee $300 per person
31-75 days prior to workshop - 50% of package price
0-30 days prior to workshop - 100% of package price.
