PACKAGE #1

Flight from Jaisalmer to Delhi

Snacks, Drinks and Water are provided on the Bus

Our Transportation in Rajasthan has onboard WiFi

 

Although there will not be any classroom sessions, Jean will be fully available

to assist with photography and Photoshop CC®.

Possible additional expenses for Packages #2 and #3

 

*Our flight from Goa to Delhi is domestic, and while carry-on luggage is free,

individuals will be required to pay their own additional baggage fees.

Every airline is different; here is a sample of what the costs might be:

 

5 Kg (11lbs)  - $25 USD / INR 1,601

10 Kg (22lbs)  - $50 USD / INR 3,203

20 Kg (40lbs)  - $94 USD / INR 6,090

30 Kg (66lbs)  -  $141 USD / INR 9,135

* There is sometimes an opportunity to pay for a last minute upgrade to First or Business Class which includes luggage allowance (about $100).

 

All Lunches & Dinners in Rajasthan to be paid for independently.

FYI: large meals average 800 INR, or $12.00

 

Tips for drivers, guides and other helpful angels on our journey.

Going by recommendations, about $15 a day, per person, should cover tips for our driver, tour leader and all guides in Rajasthan.  Standard 10% tipping is recommended in restaurants.

WORKSHOP DEPOSITS

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for  Package # 1

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required for Packages #2 and #3

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

(We've been left at the altar before, after paying for the cake, so we have some trust issues!)

 

For all cancellations more than 75 days before a workshop there is a 

$500 cancellation fee for Package #1 and a $1,000 cancellation fee for Packages #2 & 3.

 

For all cancellations less than 76 days before a workshop, the fee is 

100% of the workshop package price.

 

Once you confirm your spot in a workshop, we make reservations and deposits.
When the workshop is full, we mark it as such and remove advertising for it.

So... if you cancel your reservation with us, for any reason, we have to incur the costs and time to try to fill your spot in time for the workshop. If we don't fill your spot, we have to pay your associated costs.

 

LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE!

​

Whether you're travelling from Goa to Rajasthan, or from your house to the grocery store, unexpected things can happen. For this reason, we REQUIRE that all participants have travel/health insurance to participate in any Heaven and Earth workshop. We use World Nomads ourselves, and most of our past participants have loved them. There are, however, many reputable companies to choose from.

We will ask you to send us an email confirming your purchase of travel insurance.
